Branches
The practice has two branches: Chellaston and Allenton. The Allenton branch was incorporated into part of the Meadowfields Practice on the 1st October 2003. The 28 staff working at the practice are shared between the two sites.

The Meadowfields practice as a whole accepts patients from Chellaston, Alvaston, Allenton, Sinfin Fields, Shelton Lock, Boulton Moor, Aston-on-Trent, Weston-on-Trent and Elvaston. Please contact the practice if you are unsure whether you live within our boundary.
We encourage patients from certain areas to attend the Allenton branch for ease of access and because of the different needs of the patients. This includes anyone from Allenton, Alvaston and the Sure Start area. If you are unsure, please approach your nearest branch and we will point you in the right direction.
