The Meadowfields Practice was opened in 1998 with 400 patients. Since then the practice has grown substantially and today boasts 9,000+ patients being cared for over 2 sites at Allenton and Chellaston.

Appointments
If you are unwell or need to discuss anything with the Senior Nurse or make an appointment with the Doctor please dial 01332 700455 and select option 2 - you will speak directly to a Senior Nurse. We try to book you with the clinician of your choice but this is not always possible. Sometimes things can be dealt with over the phone for your convenience. A standard appointment time is 10 minutes.
We have a number of pre-bookable appointments available which you can book in advance with the receptionists at either site - Chellaston 01332 700455 or Allenton 01332 861180.
